Once you have booked an appointment with us, we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. If you ‘no show’ or call the same day to cancel, your card on file will be charged 100% of the service amount without notice. You are responsible for remembering your appointment day and time. We will send out three separate reminders to ensure you don’t miss your appointment.
